PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescence device is provided to reduce weight of the electro-luminescence device by performing the sealing process with a plastic material without using an adhesive. CONSTITUTION: The first electrode(20) is formed on an upper surface of a glass substrate(10). The first electrode(20) is formed with ITO(Indium Tin Oxide). An electro-luminescence layer(30) is formed on an upper surface of the glass substrate(10) including the first electrode(20). The electro-luminescence layer(30) is formed by stacking a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, and a green emitting layer, and an electron injection layer. The second electrode(40) is formed on the electro-luminescence layer(30). The second electrode(40) is formed with a metallic material. A lower substrate is formed with the glass substrate(10), the first electrode(20), the electro-luminescence layer(30), and the second electrode(40). The lower substrate is fixed to the first plastic seal cover(50). The second plastic seal cover(60) is located on the lower substrate. An organic electro-luminescence device is sealed by melting and pressing edges of the first and the second seal covers(50,60).
