The push chair has a belt harness and a baby jacket (2) having an upper opening, two lower lateral openings and an integral head support (24). The jacket has side straps(26) and lower straps (27). The harness belt has a vest with shoulder straps and side connectors for the jacket. The vest has a stomach strap which engages the lower connectors on the jacket.
