<p>A binder resin solution composition which comprises(a)a chlorinated polyolefin obtained by chlorinating an isotactic polypropylene polymer having a molecular weight distribution of 3 or below and a melting point of 110 to 140ºC as determined with a differential scanning calorimeter to a chlorine content of 10 to 40 wt% and(b)an organic solvent and has a solid content of 10 to 50 wt%;and coatings,inks,and adhesives,containing the composition as the essential component.</p> |
