<p>A micro moving device for precisely positioning a disk-shaped recording medium used for, e.g., a recording/reproducing apparatus. A stabilized voltage is applied to an expandable body for changing the position of a recording head by application of a voltage. One end of the micro moving device is connected to a fixing substrate on which a recording head and so forth are mounted. The one end is secured to a fixing substrate so that the dimensions of the expandable body may not vary at the other end. An external electrode connection part for applying a voltage to the expandable body is provided in an area of the fixing substrate.</p> |
