PURPOSE: A metal window filter assembly using a non-radiative dielectric waveguide is provided to obtain stably a filter characteristic of a desired level by using a non-radiative dielectric waveguide method. CONSTITUTION: Each parallel conductive plate(30a,30b) is contacted with a dielectric line portion(20) of one body type. The parallel conductive plates(30a,30b) have a plurality of rectangular metal windows(26a-26h,28a-28h) corresponding each insertion groove of the dielectric line portion(20), respectively. The metal windows(26a-26h,28a-28h) are projected from each surface of the parallel conductive plates(30a,30b). The thickness of the metal windows(26a-26h,28a-28h) corresponds to the depth of insertion grooves of the dielectric line portion(20). The metal windows(26a-26h,28a-28h) and the dielectric line portion(20) are operated as a filter portion.
