PURPOSE: A word line driving circuit is provided, which reduces a delay of a signal during a reset operation using the first pulldown transistor while clearing a word line and using the second pulldown transistor during the reset operation of the word line. CONSTITUTION: According to the word line driving circuit, a pullup driver(P11) drives a word line(WL) by supplying a boosting voltage(Vpxi) to the word line by an input signal. The first pulldown driver(N11) clears the word line to a ground voltage(Vss) by the above input signal. And the second pulldown driver(N22) reduces a delay of a signal while disabling the word line by operating together with the first pulldown driver during a fixed time after the word line is fallen to the ground voltage from the boosting voltage by the pullup driver.
