CRUSHER FOR FALLEN ORE IN ROTARY KILN

PURPOSE: Provided is a crusher for fallen ore in a rotary kiln which automatically crushes ore fallen from an outlet of the rotary kiln by a blade and supplies post process with limestone discharged from the rotary kiln so that it improves working efficiency of the facility. CONSTITUTION: The crusher for fallen ore in the rotary kiln comprises the parts of: a grizzly bar which is placed at the lower part of the outlet in the rotary kiln(1) and categorized by the size of limestone and fallen ore discharged through the outlet; a sensor(4) which is placed at one upper side of the grizzly bar to sense whether fallen ore is discharged through the outlet in the rotary kiln; a conic collection part(5) which is placed at the lower part of the grizzly bar; a rotation axis(6) which is placed at the center of the collection part in a long direction to receive rotational power of a drive motor(7) and rotate; and plural rotatable crushing blades(10) which are placed around the rotation axis to rotate with the rotation axis and crush the fallen ore.
