PURPOSE: A wheel electrode grinding apparatus is provided to completely remove a deforming part of a wheel electrode by precisely grinding the wheel electrode even in peripheral regions thereof without forming a grinding mark. CONSTITUTION: A wheel electrode is installed on a welder base. A grinding apparatus is mounted on one side of the welder base. The grinding apparatus has a grinding wheel(4) for grinding a peripheral portion of the wheel electrode. The grinding wheel(4) is connected to a driving motor. In addition, the grinding wheel(4) is coupled to a pivoting device so as to pivotably move towards the wheel electrode. The grinding wheel(4) is mounted on a rotating shaft(34) of the driving motor and includes a peripheral part grinding section(42) for grinding a peripheral portion of the wheel electrode, an edge part grinding section(44) and a lateral part grinding section(46).
