<p>Aqueous pharmaceutical composition comprising an active ingredient which is highly insoluble in water, dispersed in liposomes, consists in that the active substance is dispersed in lipids under the temperature between 20 to 30 °C, this dispersion is suspended in the aqueous phase, and stays under the room temperature for up to 48 hours, is heated to 30 to 75 °C during 10 to 45 minutes, cooled to -150/-200 °C, filtrated through the membrane with pores with diameter 50 to 400 nm and concurrently any active substance, which is not captured, is removed.</p> |
