摘要 PURPOSE: A fuse circuit of a smart card chip is provided to easily design the circuit with a low sensitivity during the circuit design of a detection circuit to implement a detection process by reducing a short resistance of the fuse during the blowing of the fuse by connecting the fuse in parallel. CONSTITUTION: A fuse circuit of a smart card chip includes a voltage dividing block(1) for outputting a voltage divided signal by receiving a first power voltage, a logical gate block(NOR) for receiving the signal from a second power voltage and a detection circuit block(4), a voltage level shifter block(2) for generating a voltage level shifted signal by receiving the first power voltage from the voltage dividing block(1) and the logical gate(NOR), a first switching block for transferring the first power voltage to a first node by the output signal of the voltage level shifter block(2), a second switching block for precharging the second power voltage and for supplying the precharged voltage to a second node, a third switching block operated by the output signal of the logical gate(NOR) and connected between the first and the second nodes, a fuse block(30) provided with a first and a second fuses connected between the first node and a ground node in parallel for discharging the signal from the first node to the ground node through the first and the second fuses and the detection circuit block(4) for generating the detected signal to detect the blowing states of the first and the second fuses by receiving the signal of the second node.
