PURPOSE: A current bias circuit for controlling a current capacity at a digital area is provided to automatically control the current capacity supplied thereto as a digital signal. CONSTITUTION: A current bias circuit for controlling a current capacity at a digital area includes an inside portion(20) of a semiconductor chip provided with a resistor and a plurality of transistors(Q1-Q4), an outside portion(10) and a digital controller(50) configured by a plurality of digital switches(SW1-SW4) to on/off in response to a control signal of the digital controller(50), thereby generating a plurality of divided currents(I2a,I2b,I2c,I2d).
