摘要 PURPOSE: A digital atmospheric environment apparatus is provided to measure a temperature, a humidity, a wind direction and a wind speed by using a thin film air flow meter, a thermo sensor, and a humidity sensor integrated on a silicon base. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a circular plate(1), thin film air flow meters(2), a thermo and humidity sensor(3), air passages(4), and a signal processing device(5). The thin film air flow meters(2) and the thermo and humidity sensor(3) are mounted on the circular plate(1). The thin film air flow meters(2) are positioned on 16 direction marks, and the thermo and humidity sensor(3) is positioned at the center of the circular plate(1). The air passages(4) are formed along the 16 direction marks. The signal processing device(5) includes a channel, an AD converter, a memory, and a data transmission interface. The signals sensed at the sensors(2, 3) are input in real time into the channel. The AD converter converts the sensed signals into digital ones. The devices are formed in a printed circuit board so that it can reduce a size.
