PURPOSE: An apparatus for rapidly heating raw milk is provided to rapidly heat raw milk while generating foam in raw milk by installing a reverse T-shaped rotating shaft at a center of a chamber. CONSTITUTION: A sidewall(101) of a chamber is heated so that stuff contained in the chamber is heated by receiving heat from the sidewall(101) of the chamber. Steam is discharged through an orifice(79). At this time, milk is heated due to steam heat. A rotating shaft(77) is provided at a center of the chamber so as to generate foam in milk. The rotating shaft is rotated at a low speed by means of air and steam generated from the orifice(79), so that large foam is created. The rotating shaft is also rotated at a high speed by means of a motor(50) so that foam is evenly formed. An amount of foam is adjustable by adjusting a position of the orifice(79). Density of foam is adjustable by adjusting RPM of the rotating shaft(77).
