PURPOSE: An apparatus for adjusting coiling position of a strip is provided to improve productivity by preventing coiling defects at top and tail parts of a coil manufactured using the strip, and prevent safety accidents due to manual operation in advance by automating coiling of top and tail parts of the strip. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for adjusting coiling position of a strip comprises a strip guide plate(2) one end of which is installed adjacently to a pinch roll (B) for guiding the strip(1), the other end of which installed adjacently to a tension reel (C), and on the surface of which sensing sensor holes(5) are laterally formed with spaced apart from each other, wherein a pair of proximity sensing sensors are fixed to the sensing sensor holes(5), and a pair of guide grooves(2a) are formed from end parts of a length direction of the strip guide plate(2) to the inner side thereof; a guide plate fixing beam(3) which is rotationally supported by one end part of the strip guide plate(2), and to which a pair of position detection sensors(9) are fixed to sense height of the strip guide plate(2); an up/down cylinder(7) which is installed at the guide plate fixing beam(3) to vertically rotate the strip guide plate(2) around one end part thereof; a guide roll fixing stand(15) for sensing end position of the strip(1) passing through the surface of the strip guide plate(2) to guide the strip(1) to an accurate position and receiving a guide roll and a strip sensing sensor; a guide roll moving cylinder for horizontally moving the guide roll fixing stand(15) along the guide grooves(2a); a moving bar connection plate and a guide roll moving bar for connecting the guide roll fixing stand(15) to the guide roll moving cylinder; a hydraulic control part(22) for operating the up down cylinder(7) and the guide roll moving cylinder; and an apparatus control part in which program for controlling the whole apparatus is built-in.
