The dispenser has a one-piece roll holder formed by elastically outwards bending side walls (20) interconnected by an inclined transverse wall (23). Cut-outs (21) with half-round ends are formed in the side walls in the rear end region and inwards protruding flanges (22) are formed in the half-round end regions and are curved to conform to the inside diameter of a drum (10) carrying the rows of tape rolls (11). A blade (24) is provided on the forward end of the inclined transverse wall for separation of the required lengths of adhesive tape. A guide strip (25) extends behind and below the transverse wall.
