PURPOSE: A portable vehicle polishing mechanism is provided to facilitate operation by simplifying the structure, reduce the manufacturing cost with the simplified structure, easily perform repairing work, and improve durability. CONSTITUTION: A portable vehicle polishing mechanism comprises a housing(10), eccentric bearings having an eccentric moving plate(41) having an eccentric hole(42), a mop support(50), an intermittent shaft(60), an intermittent shaft(60a), and a tension wire(70). A motor(30) having a driving shafts(32a) is fixed in the inner center of the housing and a housing part(13) of a wire(15) is opened and shut by a cover(14). A handle(20) is formed in the upper center of the housing and an open working box body(11) is formed on the lower inner side of the housing. The mop support has an ascending and descending moving rod(54a) forming elongated grooves(55a) for coupling the eccentric bearings, and a tension part(52) is coupled on the lower inner side. The intermittent shaft(60) has a winding roll(65) supported by an end of a mop(80) wound on a side of the working box body. The intermittent shaft has a winding roll(65a) for winding the other end of the mop. The tension wire elastically supports the ascending and descending rod, with supported on both sides of the lower end inner side of the housing.
