PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescence device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to improve an electrical characteristic of the organic electro-luminescence device by using different materials on a gate line, a data line, and a voltage supply line. CONSTITUTION: A metal layer(72) is deposited on a substrate(70). The metal layer(72) is formed with a conductive material such as Cr, Mn, Mo, W, and Ta. A photoresist(74) is deposited on an upper portion of the metal layer(72). A patterning process is performed on the photoresist(74). The metal layer(72) is exposed by patterning the photoresist(74). An etching process is performed on the exposed portion of the metal layer(72) by using an etching solution such as (NH4)2S2O8 solution. The remaining photoresist(74) is removed from the metal layer(72) by using a strip apparatus.
