Powder fuel burner of the boiler of the thermal power station or chemical technological device or the furnace in the chemical industry or similar device provides suitable distribution of concentration of mixture flow of powder fuel and supporting air in the outgoing surface of the furnace wall and does not cause the leakage of the combustion additive air into the furnace, although the direction of the primary air die is changing upward or downward.
