The present invention is related to an other class of anticomplement molecules obtained from <u>Ixodes ricinus</u> which present more than 85 % homology (or sequence identity) with the amino-acid sequence SEQ.ID.NO.2 or the amino-acid sequence SEQ.ID.NO.1 and to a pharmaceutical composition comprising them.
