PURPOSE: An output circuit is provided, which prevents a misoperation of the circuit without noise even when a power supply voltage is changed. CONSTITUTION: The first logic unit performs the first logic operation of an enable signal and an input signal, and the second logic unit performs the second logic operation of the above enable signal and an input signal. The first control unit outputs a pullup bar signal(PUb) according to an output signal of the first logic unit and an external voltage. The second control unit outputs a pulldown signal(PD) according to an output signal of the second logic unit and the external voltage. The third control unit controls an output signal according to the pull up bar signal. And the fourth control unit controls the above output signal according to the pulldown signal.
