<p>The device has a sliding selector shaft with axially moveable selector forks for gear selection. A selector shaft (2) is located parallel and at a distance to the sliding selector shaft, and is axially moveable in the gear housing via a shift lever. Driver elements (4A-4D) are positioned radially offset on the selector shaft, for axial movement of the selector forks. The driver elements are held by guide elements (6A-6D), which are formed so that selector forks (18A-18D) not part of the selection process are axially locked on the sliding selector shaft (22).</p> |
