PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing rice bran carbide using waste gas is provided, which can produce rice bran carbide continuously by low cost by combustion of waste gas generated during combustion of rice bran at high temperature and by keeping at a fixed temperature, so that exhaust gas is greatly reduced. CONSTITUTION: In the manufacturing apparatus of rice bran carbide in which rice bran carbide is produced by carbonizing rice bran at high temperature and waste gas generated during high temperature carbonization step is discharged, the apparatus includes a main burner(10) that burns the waste gas supplied from the carbonization step; a gas supply pipe(2) for receiving rice bran from the rice bran hopper(3) and for supplying it to a rice bran carbide tank(1); a rice bran hopper(3) installed at the gas supply pipe(2) for feeding rice bran to the gas stream; a rice bran carbide tank(1) for collecting rice bran and for producing rice bran carbide by the high temperature waste gas coming from the main burner(10); a cyclone(5) installed at the bottom of the rice bran tank(1) for separating rice bran carbide and fine particulate matter; a silo(6) for storing rice bran carbide; and a fine particle recovery tank(7) for storing the fine particulate matter. |
