Purified forms of DNase

摘要

Preparation of purified DNase deaminated in amino acid residual equal to Asn 74 of natural human DNase or purified non-deaminated DNase in this amino acid residual comprises separation of the mixture of deaminated and non-deaminated DNase by cation exchange resin or immobilised heparin resin or immobilised non-hydrolysable analogue of DNA resin. Disclosed is also deaminated and non-deaminated human DNase with amino acid sequence of natural human DNase, wherein Asn residual relates to Asn 74 deaminated or Asn 74 non-deaminated natural human DNase and their amino acid variants with enzymatic activity of hydrolysed enzymatic DNA, as well as DNase or pharmaceutical preparation containing the said human DNases as active substances together with pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
