The system to clean the water, of swimming pools, uses a biological and biochemical process. In a reactor (15), the water flow through it is treated with UV-C light, and floating granules (22) of titanium oxide, with a polymer synthetic resin bonding agent, are fed into the water flow at a speed to combine with the UV-C radiation (23) to trigger the photo-chemical oxidation with an additional photo-catalyst oxidation. The ozone fed into the water flow is determined by the ozone generated by the UV-C radiation within the reactor together with a dosed air feed into the water flow delivered hermetically from the reactor through an ionizing module (14). The ionized air flow, with an ozone content, is passed continuously into the intake stretch of the pump (7), in front of the active carbon filter (8), through an integrated static mixer (6) into the water flow for dispersion.
