PURPOSE: Provided is a functional pizza and sauce wherein extract of herb decoction, grains, greens, marine products and nuts are mixed which adds herb materials and traditional several resources of cereals to western pizza so that it helps to show health increasing effect. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the functional pizza and sauce wherein extract of herb decoction, grains, greens, marine products and nuts are mixed comprises the steps of: (i) mixing extract of herb decoction, grains and greens to produce functional boiled rice and cereals; (ii) compressing the crust in a mold and heating; (iii) mixing extract of herb decoction, pressed garlic, pressed onion, ground fruits, soybean taste, ketchup, gravy and pepper to produce functional pizza sauce; and (iv) topping functional pizza sauce, topping materials and pizza cheese on the crust and heating them. |
