PURPOSE: A method for outputting and displaying information about unspecified number of callers as a voice is provided to easily discriminate a caller by extracting information capable of confirming the caller from subscriber information and converting extracted information into a voice using a voice synthesizing technique for discriminating the caller as the voice. CONSTITUTION: In case that it is possible to store the converted result of a caller ID according to the setup of the caller ID in subscriber information(S110), a caller stores the setup and conversion result of the caller ID in subscriber information(S120). The caller calls a callee using stored subscriber information through a cellular phone(S121). In case that it is impossible to store the converted result of a caller ID according to the setup of the caller ID in subscriber information(S110), the caller stores the setup result of the caller ID in the cellular phone(S130). The caller calls the callee using the stored setup result of the caller ID through the cellular phone(S131). The callee sets the voice output and voice fixation of the caller ID according to the situation of the callee for selecting whether the caller ID is outputted(S140). If a telephone is called to the callee, the callee confirms the caller and receives the call(S141).
