The innovation concerns the hollow thermal blocks of clay, improved for application in external and internal walls, in lintels, in concrete columns lining and slabs for ceilings, in vent openings and face walls (1-183), thus enabling high quality of thermal protection, especially on the outside of structures. The purpose thereof is inter-connection of voids by means of synthetic mortar, walling and sealing in two alternatives, by which common thermal lines between blocks are produced, the problem of thermal bridges solved, breathing of internal walls achieved, problems of condenzation and realization of thermal properties in external walls also solved, so that in walls made of blocks of clay, 25 cm in length and 25 cm wide, thermal properties are better for cca 60% as compared to the walls of the same thickness made of solid brick. Thermal ratios in ceilings are more suitable. The following tools are to be used for walling: vessel, cart for mortar distribution and portable grippers for carrying blocks. Manufacture of porous blocks is also easy to achieve: it does not need important investment; what is necessary is the application of appropriate orifice with new disposition of voids. Manufacture of tools may also be organized within the existing capacities. Any type of design is applicable to all climate regions.
