A description is given of a vehicle (1) with pedals (7), for locomotion on snowy and/or icy surfaces (S), having a frame (15) connected to a saddle (5) and to a directional handlebar (8), and also having a driving pulley (4) driven by the said pedals (7), which comprises a wheel (2), driven via flexible transmission means (3) connected to the said driving pulley (4) and located between a front snow skid (9), connected to the said directional handlebar (8), and one or more rear snow skids (10) mounted below and behind the saddle (5). Projecting means (11i) are fitted to or formed on the outer surface (2e) of the wheel (2) so as to exert a desired grip on the said snowy and/or icy surfaces (S) when the said wheel (2) is driven by the said pedals (7).
