PURPOSE: A control box assembly of air conditioner is provided to minimize quantity of material used for formation of a control box. CONSTITUTION: A control box assembly includes a front surface plate(30) forming a front surface of the control box assembly and having a penetrating hole(32) thereon and a coupling end(34) perpendicularly bent vertically and lengthily formed on one side thereof and having a coupling piece(35) with a coupling hole(36); and an installation board(40) having the front surface plate installed on one side thereof and formations for installation of electric components so that one side surface and a lower part of an inner space formed by the front surface plate and the installation board are open.
