PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize resource saving. SOLUTION: A sectional bulletin board has a rectangle and flat panel 10, a pillar material 20 corresponding to the right and left edges of the panel 10, a beam material 30 corresponding to the upper and lower edge of the panel 10, several accouplements 40 placed respectively in a joint between the pillar material 20 and the beam material 30 and several clips 50. The pillar material 20 and the beam material 30 are detachably connected through the accouplements 40. The accouplements 40 are detachably connected toward the pillar material 20 and the beam material 30 by inserting and detachably catching the clips 50 into hole parts 45b and 25b, 45b and 35b, 45c and 25c, and 45d and 35d. The panel 10 is detachably installed toward the pillar material 20 and the beam material 30 by inserting and detachably catching the clips 50 into holes 15 and 25a. Each member is made from synthetic resin.
