PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electrooptical device, in which a panel structure can be cut with a high precision and to provide electrooptical device, and an electronic equipment. SOLUTION: In a sealant coating stage in the case of manufacturing a liquid crystal panel, a sealant 6 is so coated that a first sealant part 61 which demarcates a liquid crystal packed area 4a like a ring, a pair of second sealant parts 62 which are extended from the first sealant part 61 to the outside of a cut predeterminate line L11 on both sides of a liquid crystal charging port 6a, and a third sealant part 63 which is extended to the outside of the cut predeterminate line L11 between the second sealant parts 62 and in parallel with the second sealant parts 62 may be formed. In this case, projection dimensions from the cut predeterminate line L11 of the third sealant part 63 are made shorter than those of the second sealant parts 62.
