PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic flow resistance damper device having excellent vibration control characteristics not only when great deformation but when small deformation. SOLUTION: In the plastic flow resistance damper device having a cylinder 1, a piston rod 2 penetrating the cylinder 1 in the axis line direction, a piston 4 secured to the piston rod 2, a plastic flow body 6 filled in the cylinder 1, and a choke part 3 communicating with a side chamber 5A and the other side chamber 5B of the piston 4, and with which the plastic flow body 6 can communicate, the volume VE under normal pressure of the plastic flow body 6 filled in the cylinder 1 is made not less than the volume VS of the space in the cylinder.
