SOLUTION: A caisson 1 is suspended by two buoyancy pontoons 3, a temporary placing platform 2 capable of supporting the caisson 1 is provided, and platform hoisting winch 4 capable of adjusting the draft of caisson temporary placing platform 2 are provided on the buoyancy pontoons 3.
