The elongated connector part between the bottle (5) and the point from which the device (4) is suspended comprises an endless piece of elastic (6). The elastic is passed through an opening in a plate (9), the opening dimensions being chosen so that the elastic is held quite tightly and will not pass through easily. The elastic is passed through the opening in order to form a loop to hold the bottle in. The plate can be moved relative to the elastic in order to alter the size of the loop.
