A plastic ophthalmic prescription card for spectacles which is shaped and sized like a credit card and has information displayed on it in the form of printed letters or protruding Braille. The prescription card may also be used for contact lens prescriptions. The card may carry information on the patient 1.1, their prescription 1.2 and the optician 1.3. The card may be carried in a pocket or wallet and is durable enough to withstand wear and tear over a long period of time. |
