PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bag for automobile by which its sewing operation is easy and a sewing needle is hard to be stained. SOLUTION: Since the sewing part 8b (or a sewing part 7b) in an inside joining part 8 (or an outer peripheral joining part 7) is arranged at the opposite side of an expansion chamber end part 11 (or an outside end part 10) of an adhesive part 8 (or an adhesive part 7), the opposite side of the expansion chamber end part 11 is collapsed and becomes thinner at sewing. Thus, the sewing operation becomes easier and the sewing needle becomes harder to be stained.
