SLAKED LIME HAVING HIGH SPECIFIC SURFACE AREA, PRODUCING METHOD THEREFOR, AND USE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply and industrially producing slaked lime that has a high specific surface area and high reactivity and to provide a method for removing acidic substances contained in a combustion exhaust gas of wastes, or the like, by using the same. SOLUTION: The slaked lime having the high specific surface area contains calcium as a main component and a polyamine compound, and has >=20 m<2> /g specific surface area. The slaked lime is produced by the producing method and is used for removing the acidic substances in the combustion exhaust gas of wastes.
