PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate not only radioactive materials adsorbed in spent radio active ion exchanger resin but also coexisting iron oxide particles. SOLUTION: A device comprises a solution tank 1 solving iron based oxide particles coexisting with radioactive ion exchanger resin by hot sulfuric acid solution, an elution tank 2 separating the iron based oxide particles from the ion exchanger resin by flowing acid solution into the ion exchanger resin and separating radioactive materials absorbed in the ion exchanger resin from the resin, an incinerator 3 incineration-processing the resin from which iron based oxide particles and radioactive materials are separated in the elution tank 2, a diffusion dialysis tank 4 recovering acid solution from acid solution containing iron based oxide particles and radioactive materials separated from the ion exchanger resin, a waste liquid condensor 5 condensing the waste liquid whose acid solution is recovered with the diffusion dialysis tank 4, and a solidifier 6 solidifying the waste liquid condensed with the waste liquid condensor 5.
