HOT WATER SUPPLY APPARATUS AND ITS OPERATING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply apparatus and its operating method in which hot water supply control is simplified and hot water in a solar water heater can be utilized effectively. SOLUTION: In order to mix solar water and general supply water such that the inlet side temperature of mixed water reaches the lowest combustion number of a burner 17 at all times, a correction inlet side temperature of mixed water is operated based on a remote controller set temperature and a flow rate of the mixed water detected by a flow rate sensor 35. Mixing ratio of a mixing valve 13 is adjusted based on the comparison results of the correction inlet side temperature and an actual inlet side temperature of mixed water detected by an inlet side temperature sensor 34. Since combustion heating is performed after lowering the inlet side temperature of mixed water forcibly to the lowest combustion number, outlet side temperature of hot water is managed constantly by the combustion amount of the burner 17 and stabilized.
