<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupant crash protection device constituted to record the type and state of an occupant at the occurrence of a collision. SOLUTION: This occupant crash protection device comprises an air bag system 2 and an occupant detection system 1. When the occupant detection system 1 receives a collision trigger signal 51 from the air bag system 2, the occupant detection system 1 holds occupant sensor signals 4 up to this time or the sequential arithmetic processing result. After a collision accident, held data can thereby be taken out and used for an accident analysis.</p> |
