摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately determine optimum dimensions, indicating a maximum stacking number, of a box body at a millimeter level, when the box bodies for housing products are stacked on a pallet. SOLUTION: A stacking factor is taken as K; the length of the box body is taken as L; the width of the box body is taken as W; the number of the box bodies stacked on a flat surface of the pallet is taken as N; the length and width of the pallet are taken as P1 and P2, respectively; a stacking number in terms of the width W is taken as (a); and a stacking number in terms of the length L is taken as (b). Registered areas not only concurrently satisfy the general expressions K<=WLM/P1.P2 (1), WL<=P1.P2/N (2) and W<=L (3) but also satisfy the general expressions P>=aW (4) and P>=bL (5) in the case of a method of stacking like brick laying, satisfy the general expression P>=aW+bL (6) in the case of pinwheel-pattern stacking, satisfy the general expression (6) and the general expression P>=bW+aL (7) in the case of diagonal stacking, and satisfy the general expressions (4) and (6) in the case of split stacking. The dimensions of the box body, which correspond to the area satisfying information on a predetermined stacking utilization factor, are calculated in a range of plus or minus set-value percent according to virtual dimensions of the box body. The dimensions of the box bodies are calculated and indicated as answers in millimeters in decreasing order of the stacking number.</p>
