PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion device (16) operating with high combustion efficiency and low emission of carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxide and exhaust gas. SOLUTION: The combustion device includes a mixer assembly (40) having a pilot mixer (42), a main mixer (44) and an intermediate output cruising mixer (45). The pilot mixer includes a pilot fuel injector (58), at least one swirling device (60) and an air splitter (70). The main mixer extends on the periphery of the pilot mixer. The intermediate output cruising mixer includes a plurality of fuel injection ports (97) which extend between the main mixer and the pilot mixer and inject fuel radially and inward to accelerate the radial and circumferential mixture of air and fuel and substantially uniformly distribute the fuel and air for combustion.
