PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time informing clock capable of more simply transmitting an operating state, a fault state or the like. SOLUTION: The time informing clock comprises a receiving circuit 211 for receiving a transmission request signal for transmitting self-recording data transmitted from a personal computer and information data; a CPU 216 for diagnosing the operating state, generating melody data of a diagnosing result, on or off data of sound informing, and the self-recording data of data of an operation fault state; a memory 215 for storing the self-recording data generated from the CPU 216; a transmitting circuit 212 for transmitting the self-recording data stored in the memory 215 when it becomes a predetermined time or when the request signal is received; and a display unit 202 for displaying in response to information data received by the receiving circuit 211.
