摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fly wheel type super conductivity magnetic bearing that is solid structure and capable of miniaturizing as well as its system. SOLUTION: A torque sensor 213 of fixing part 209 measures the torque between the fixing part 209 and the 2nd permanent magnet 206, and the 1st displacement sensor 217 measures the up and down displacement of a mobile part 201. Also, the 2nd displacement sensor 220 measures the vibration amplitude of radial (radius) direction of the mobile part 201 and the 1st driving gear 214 causes displaced up and down a permanent magnet 215 as a driver producing suck repulsion power and changes the torque that is measured by a torque sensor 213. A damping apparatus 219 gives damping to the mobile part 201. The 2nd driving gear 218 moves up and down and transfers right and left the damping apparatus 219 and adjusts the damping effect. It makes the permanent magnet 215 as driver move downward by the 1st driving gear 214 and the torque sensor 213 show the set up value in order to raise the bearing rigidity.
