PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outfit for cold weather around the neck. SOLUTION: (1) A pneumatic tube for wearing around the neck obtained by forming a tube in horseshoe-like shape to wear or hang the tube around the neck and packing air into the tube in order to enhance coldproof effect around the neck by combinedly using it with muffler is used. (2) The pneumatic tube for wearing around the neck described in the item (1) and having a function as the outfit for cold by using the muffler or without using the muffler by covering the outer surface of the tube with a heat-insulating material is used.
