PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozonizer which enables to generate ozone gas stably and generate high-frequency and high-voltage safely at a low cost. SOLUTION: This ozonizer contains an ozone generating chamber 5 in which dry air or a raw gas comprising oxygen is passed and a dielectric 3 which is placed between a discharge electrode 1 and an earth electrode 2 in the chamber, and is equipped with a plurality of ozone generating elements 8 which generate ozone by the surface discharge, a high-frequency high-voltage power source 13 which charges high-frequency high-voltage power to the ozone generating elements, and an intermediate connector which connects the discharge electrode and the power source. The intermediate connector is formed as a power supply plate 10 which is sheared at least to be integrated with the connector of the discharge electrode.
