PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify mounting work to shorten working time while securing safety by eliminating underwater work in mounting a floater to a barge side face of a floating crane. SOLUTION: Both side parts of a barge 12 are provided with stepped parts 20 lower by one step toward the outside of the barge 12, and recessed parts 21, 21, etc., opened on the upper face side of the barge 12 and on the side face part 20a side of the stepped part are provided in places. Pin fitting pieces 15 are fixed into the recessed parts 21, and a plane part 20b of the stepped part 20 is provided with guide pins 22, 22, etc., projecting upward. The inner part of the floater 14 is provided with a stepped part 25 shorter by one step in the total height toward the inside of the floater 14, and a plane part 25a of the stepped part 25 is provided with guide holes 25 bored to insert the guide pins 22, in the positions corresponding to the guide pins 22. The upper part of the inner face 14a of the floater is provided with pin fitting pieces 16 fixed into the positions corresponding to the pin fitting pieces 15 provided in the recessed parts 21 of the barge 12, and both pin fitting pieces 15, 16 are formed to be connectable by pins 17.
