PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the reliability and the safety of a brake element from lowering resultant from that brake application is impossible when the brake fluid is overheated. SOLUTION: An end of a first passage 2 and a second passage 3 are connected to a cylinder 1 of the brake element, the other end of the first passage 2 is connected to a liquid pressure generating device 5 generating the liquid pressure corresponding to the depressing amount of a brake pedal 15, the other end of the second passage 3 is connected to the first passage 2, a pump 33 is placed between the second passage, an opening and closing valve 34 is installed in a suction port 33a side and a discharge port 33b side of the pump 33, the pump 33 is driven by opening the opening and closing valve, and the brake fluid in the second passage 3 is circulated by the drive of the pump 33.
