PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-dry machining tool which can carry out high accuracy machining. SOLUTION: The semi-dry machining tool comprises a tip end portion 4 having a rough cutting edge 1 for rough machining and a finish cutting edge 2 of which the machining radius is larger than that of the rough cutting edge 1, and a shank portion 5 continued to the tip end portion 4, wherein the tip end 2a of the finish cutting edge 2 is arranged at the position nearer the shank portion 5 than the tip end 1a of the rough cutting edge 1, and the distance of the part, which is nearer the shank portion 5 than the finish cutting edge 2 and is provided with at least a flute 3, from the center of the axis of the tip end portion 4 is smaller than the machining radius.
