PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable multilayered film excellent in the ballance of physical properties such as transparency, rigidity, impact strength or the like, suppressed in natural shrinkability and also excellent in low temperature shrinkability even if the film is obtained from a virgin material or the virgin material mixed with a return material. SOLUTION: The heat-shrinkable multilayered film is formed from at least one layer comprising a resin component containing at least two kinds of specific block copolymers each consisting of styrene and conjugated diene and at least other layer comprising a resin component based on at least one kind of a polymer selected from a block copolymer consisting of a styrenic monomer and conjugated diene, a styrenic polymer and a copolymer consisting of a styrenic monomer and (meth)acrylic ester and/or (meth)acrylic acid.
